The poet, as well as the singer and actress, who wrote the play "Dream Bubble Gum", which was soon awarded the Alfred Fagon Prize. He later became the television series "Chewing Gum" in which she starred and won the Best Female Comedy Performance at the British Television Academy. In 2016, she appeared in several episodes of the E4 the Aliens series and that same year appeared on the Netflix Black Mirror series.
